kd999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary unavailability of kd999 services for maintenance, technical failure, or third-party infrastructure issues shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and will not give rise to any liability on kd999's part.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of kd999 — including disputes regarding bet settlement, account management, bonus terms, or payment processing — the following process applies:
During any active dispute process, kd999 may place a temporary hold on the disputed funds. This does not constitute a denial of your claim. kd999's decision on disputes is final in all cases where a manifest error or technical malfunction is not substantiated.
